Help contacting the TDResort

Hello everyone,

Just curious to know if the TDR, or the Hotels have email addresses to contact them directly?

I have a reservation, but cannot find it on my TDR profile online anymore. Not sure if it's a glitch in their system, or if the reservation has been cancelled without me being notified.

I'd hate to have to call Long Distance all the way to Japan and find out that their website is just not up to date. I still have the emails sent to me by the Resort, along with the confirmation / booking numbers...but can't reply to those emails directly as they bounce back.

Any suggestions?

I wasn't able to find an email address when I needed to contact them. I had to call. Just speak in English, wait on the line, and they'll connect you to a three way call with a translator.
