Help! Anyone book an Illuminations Cruise recently?

The instructions on this board say after dialing the number, hearing the recording, you should immediately hit #5. There is no #5 on the possible options. Plus, they ask you all these questions about how many times you've been, etc. Isn't this just wasting valuable time? What did you do? Can you bypass all the questions? I want to try for a cruise this week, but am I doing it right? It seems different from two years ago when I was succesful in getting a cruise. Any help is appreciated.

I recently booked two Illuminations Cruises. I really wanted Fri but was worried if I didn't secure one earlier in the week I might not get one. I got through easily both times. The numbers I pressed were 4 2 1 1. As soon as the message changes press these numbers one right after the other ( don't wait to listen to the message). Don't forget to start calling and redialing beginning at 6:57. This worked well for me.

I have always called 407- WDW- PLAY.

Just booked one this morning....the number to call is: 1-407-939-7529.......start dialing at about 6:57am eastern time...you will hear "our office is closed" message...keep hittting redial until you get a different message; immediately hit the #'s 4 1 1...easy to remember, like the info line #....when you get the operator: don't waste time with small talk, blurt out: "speciality cruise, the date you want it, for illuminations" it is a battle as their are only 5 boats and lots of people calling for them....good luck.
