Hell's Kitchen - Season 4 Official Thread

Does anyone know if it'll be a two-hour episode? Looks like they'll have a lot to cover for just an hour!

I'm so glad to see the competition down to the two of them. Christina lacks experience, but she makes up for it in talent. Petrozza is just awesome. You can tell Gordon really likes both of them.

It's funny because I said the same thing to DH last night. Like, ya know it really just comes down to whomever Gordon likes best. HE has to deal with them when the show is over so he wants someone that he likes and who he feels he can mold.

We were all wrong.

We couldn't figure out who Petrozza was yelling at in the preview. It was only Chef as he was practicing the Pass. Sheesh.

Looks like a crazy finale. Christina is always so overconfident. And Petrozza definitely stayed under the radar by keeping his mouth shut. Good luck to him!

I think Petrozza has the inside track dating from the time he said that Gordon should let him go. His willingness to take the fall for the team was inspiring. So many of the others just seemed like big babies, always saying how great they were and then whining about how hard everything was and always putting down and continually making fun of the other contestants.

I mean *really*..., which one of this group of contestants would you actually WANT to work with? I'm sick of most of them and I only spend an occasional hour watching them on the show.

agnes!
PS - When is the finale on?

I can't wait until next week to see what Jen has to say now. Seems like in the preview she wasn't very happy. Personally, if it were me, I wouldn't want her on my team for the finale. I hope Petrozza wins, dirty or not :cool1:

I wonder if it will be a 2 hour finale?

I'm pretty sure it will be. There is a lot left out there to see I bet.

Things I am looking forward to in the Hell's Kitchen season finale.

1. I want to know if Matt and Ben are chosen to the same team.
2. Who has to pick Jen and will she be the LAST one chosen.
3. What style of restaurants do Christina and Petrozza change their side of Hell's Kitchen to.
4. Are the previous winners going to show up again?
5. Why did Chef Ramsey say that he "Wasn't sure the right finalists were chosen"?
6. Who will win Hell's Kitchen?

Can't wait.

1. Don't know but I think yes.
2. I think either she or Matt will be the last one standing, unless someone picks one early to boost confidence or ego. Whoever picks second knows he/she will be stuck with one of them.
3. Not sure with Christina but preview made me think Asian for Petrozza.
4. I hope so. I want to know what they're up to.
5. I think whatever they have to do in NY might not go well.
6. I want Petrozza but might be Christina if the show sticks to boy-girl winners. Season 1 boy, Season 2 girl, Season 3 boy, Season 4 ???

I like Petrozza too. I cannot imagine working with any of the others.

That was the first thing I thought when I saw the previews, who gets stuck with Jen and how is she going to sabotage them?

My guide shows that it will be a 2hr finale. My guess is that this week will be more of the prep and then the week after will be the big ta-da.

So glad that Petrozza won the challenge last night. His one and only. Christina has won enough!!! :rotfl:

What was up with her horrible, awful, ugly restaurant? Those windows were hideous. Then with the stipes on top of it? She said stripes, she knew they were stripes, then she whines about how she didn't know they were stripes and expects everyone to run around and fix her mistake? Lord, this resturant is going to be ugly!!! :lmao:

Why could Petrozza not come up with menu ideas? Really, it's not that hard to pick like 4 dishes or so. And I don't think he picked his team that well. He should have grabbed Corey. She is a good cook, but more then that, he would have thrown Christine off her game.

I wonder if his choice to choose Jen over Matt will come back to bite him on the backside later? Matt is such a waste of space though, at least Jen can cook a bit. Of course, she is a petty, immature backstabber. :confused3

We don't know who Petrozza chooses - Matt or Jen. I can't imagine Ben & Matt working on the same team. Christina would gladly take Matt over Jen!

I wondered about Christina and the "stripes" too. I think the stripes were the material she assumed would go on the banquets (booth seats). I hope the designer can make her restaurant look like she wants it - otherwise, she'll be distracted. I love that she got her menu so quickly. I'd be concerned at having Petrozza as a head chef - he doesn't think quick on his freet.

If you watch the previews for next week, it looks like Jen is on Christina's team. Petrozza and Christina are wearing their new chef jackets and the other players are red and blue -- Jen was wearing the same color as Corey.

Unless they weren't really previews from next week and were previous scenes to throw us off. :confused3 It's not like the previews have always been totally above board.

See, I saw Matt and Corey wearing Red, with Christine in the foreground wearing red also. Then they showed Jen in blue. Dang, you know it could be just a big ole tease. They could have been shots from earlier in the season when Matt was on the girls team.

DANG IT!!! We thought we figured it out!!!! :lmao:

We watched the scenes from next week on superslow mo and saw Matt in Red which would mean that Petrozza chooses Jen. They show Jen in BLACK at one point to try to trip us up. But if you go to the very end of the upcoming previews, JUST as they are about to walk through their respective doors, it shows a flash of the other chefs standing below, and standing next to one of them, you can see Matt's left side in a red jacket.

Petrozza won the challenge, and got to pick first when they were choosing teams, but the actual finale is next week.

Did I mention that I hate Jen? :headache:
