I haven't seen a thread started yet for the new season of Hell's Kitchen, so I'm starting one.

There are some previews on the Fox website. It looks likes Gordon is just as mean this season. :goodvibes

Also, I just notcied that there are eight guy cooks, but only seven girl cooks. The only reason I can possibly think of why that is, would be if Julia came back this season as a surprise, and was the eighth girl cook. That is purely an assumption on my part.

We love this show and can't wait for it to start!!!

Also, season one of Hell's Kitchen is coming to DVD in April. I have a gift certificate to Amazon I have to use, I may just get that, as well as a cookbook I've been looking at.

Chef Ramsey is awesome. I would actually like to see him compete in Iron Chef

Also, does anyone know if Hell's Kitchen will be available to watch online? I know Gordon's other show Kitchen Nightmares is, so will Hell's be? I'm only asking because I got my schedule, and I have to work Tuesday night. :guilty:

I don't know but I love both of those shows. I didn't watch the first season but, I got sucked in last season. I really like Chef Ramsey, he can be a jerk but he is right most of the time.

The first season will be coming out on DVD in a week or so, you should definatly rent it.

I will have to check and see if they have it. I really liked it. I was afraid I wouldn't because the previews make him seem like such a jerk. I loved Kitchen Nightmares too. He really cares about the places that he goes in and tries to save. Do you know if there is a place to see how all the restaurants are doing now?

No idea, you might be able to search for the individual restaurants though.

I can tell you that the Seascape, which I think was Islip, New York is closed.

I will be watching closely as one of the guys got his first kitchen job from me! He actually started about 18 years ago as a dishwasher at a hotel I was the General Manager. He moved up there to line cook! He left and worked other restaurants in the area and became a chef. He is street wise and self taught. I am still very proud of him. He is the tall black gentleman, his name is Bobby Anderson. Go Bobby!
He actually was visiting NY and was in line. The line was very long and he went to get out of it and leave and one of the producers came up to him and asked him to come back the next day without waiting in line. He was leaving town the next day so they took him in right there to try out. Next thing he knew he was on his way to Hollywood. :thumbsup2

That is very cool!

Another one who loves the show checking in. :yay: Looking forward to it tomorrow.

Gordon Ramsay is coming to a book store near me!
I'm extremely excited.
(Hope he keeps the language at par for the kiddies)

But, woot!
This is on Tuesday right?
