I thought she actually did OK last night, but she was the weakest one left. I thought it was going to Andrea after she hid the ruined beef from Ramsey.

I kept laughing through that whole ordeal, wondering why on earth she thought she was going to get away with it! On camera, no less!

But I'm sure a lot of people can relate to what she was going through. You mess up once, then get so worried you're going to keep messing up that you can't do anything right after that. I think she has great potential.

Lacey and Robert are on my last nerve on this show. That whole "lazy talk" that they do really drives me nuts. You know, the slow slurred speech?

Glad that Colleen is gone. She really didn't have a clue what she was doing. It seems that ever week she was messing up royally.


It get so mad though when Ramsey doesn't respect the decisions that they make. He tells them to pick someone for elimination and then puts whomever they picked back in line and picks who he wants. Seriously, why even give them the option when you are going to pick who you want anyway? If the person is that bad, then they are going to get weeded out anyway. Why disrespect people and do that?

Glad that Robert spoke up about Ramsey calling him Bobby. I can imagine that it is tough enough having him in your face and yelling at you, let alone when he is calling you by a wrong name and bringing back bad and/or painful memories.

Still can't stand Lacey. It's not her cooking though, it's her attitude. She has made every person in there hate her and she seems so totally clueless at what an absolute twit she really is.

Really don't like Ben either. He is a pompous idiot who isn't that good at what he does.

I really don't think any of them are qualified to run a restaurant.

Now, I liked it when Ramsey chose someone else to go home. I don't think either of the "nominees" deserved to go home last night. Everyone has a bad night once in a while. They were nominated strictly on their performance for that one meal. Colleen consistently screws up. I'm glad she's gone.

I agree, Colleen never "broke" whenever the Chef yelled at her. What a riot when she said "I hope Chef Ramsey comes to my school one day"....!!!

As for real losers, Lacey is really the only one I cannot stand. Since day ONE, she has complained and cried and said she wants to go home...every week it is the same with her. Seriously, people, I think they ONLY keep her for the ratings...people tune in to see another Lacey MELTDOWN! YUCK!

Thanks, I have 3 shows that I Tivo on Thursday and I guess AI running over messed up the recording. I'll have to watch the last few minutes on the computer when they put it up.

I have to say I really love this show BUT the yelling by Chef Ramsey is getting way out of control.

Does all that yelling all throughout the episode make a top chef??? I am finding that I have to ff through allot of the screaming parts at dinner.

When Ramsay told J to get out of the kitchen he told him to take the jacket off and something to the effect of there's nothing more I can do for you.

I think this year Gordon Ramsey while asks the teams to pick people for elimination, he is actually going to pull all the strings this year. I also think that the contestants know this also.

I was fast forwarding through the episode, so I missed J giving Ramsey his jacket. Once Ramsey has your jacket, you need to pack up and leave. Ramsey has to come up with a certain number of episodes and he has to spread out his eliminations through those episodes, so I was not surprised that neither one went home after J already left.

As soon as as I heard Ramsay say to pick ONE person I said to my DH that "X" was going home. I was surprised that I was able to call it.

I thought it was a good ending. She deserved to be eliminated. But it was a surprise. At least to me.

I was surprised at the way the elimination happened, but not by who. How funny were the potatoes? And, why or why are you putting shells on a plate? She needs to go, too.
So, after seeing the previews for next week..what do you think is going to happen? Looks interesting.
