I love this show, but like most reality shows, I hate some of the "fakeness" of it. Like the people walking out of the restaurant. Yeah right. Like that would happen. It's so staged. It's a TV show. They know what they're getting into. Yet they act all shocked and shook up when the service goes bad.

I know. My husband and I are always laughing when people walk out. I think the producers must tell them to storm out.

When Lacey said something about being another pretty girl, I looked to DH and said "that is not the first thing that came to my mind..."

I wonder if any of Colleen's students will want refunds? lol!

Wow, DISer's, what a night..........Gordon was in his usual HAPPY mood....NOT!!!!!

This is going to be an excellent season. Ya, Lacey, QUIT why don't you. And Colleen, omg...whenever she said she also teaches MANNERS!!!

I think Giovanni, who dropped the ball BIG TIME in the dining room, should have been nominated to go along with Will. I was so glad that Coti YELLED at Lacey and told her off. Gordon seemed fine that Coti slapped Lacey down and then he said get along "we are about to open"!!! Lucky for Lacey the red team won because everyone of those ladies would have said LACEY GOES!!!

appetizers and entre's out to the table.
There are 8 people, on each team, do they all stand around and do nothing?

They do seem to burn a lot of food And tend to make a lot of crap food. Between the two of those, I can imagine getting a service out might take a while.

I had to take a double take when she said that. Another case of "I want the mirror that she's using"

I was shocked at the number of signature dishes in the first challenge that Gordon actually liked! Usually there is one.. two if they are lucky, that even passes his inspection. That one chef, after Gordon spit his food out, had the nerve to say that he didn't get a chance to show who he was with the food. Uhhh, hello? Isn't that what you are supposed to do with a signature dish? What the heck were you cooking then?

Hopefully this will be a great season!

I had forgotten the show was on this week. I just watched it online. One of the several things about Colleen that makes me think she won't last long is she ADDED something to one of Gordon's recipes. And Lacey won't last either. As for the guys, Seth won't last and maybe that Giovani.
