We just booked a trip to Disney from 12.25 to 12.30. We are staying at the ASMu, but need somewhere to stay on 12.24.

Clean and comfortable and close to Disney is my goal. There are only 3 of us.

You didn't mention if you have a car or not. If you do then you have hundreds of choices. If you don't then I would recommend one of the Downtown Disney hotels since you could use Disney transportation to get from your DTD hotel to the ASM without having to spend any extra money.

If you have a car then the only thing you have to think about is how much you want to spend. Look for the Lake Buena Vista and Celebration areas, they will all be around the border of the Disney property. Same thing with the DTD hotels. I would recommend a 3 star or above if you want comfortable and anything else if you want cheap. Every major hotel chain you can think of has a hotel in one of the 2 areas I mentioned and if you Google "Downtown Disney Hotels" you will see all of those.
