Does anyone know how to get the smell of onion out of your hands? I cooked with onion 2 days ago (made an awesome shepherds pie btw), and have had two showers and washed my hands countless times since, and they STILL smell like onion. I like onion, but not this much!

I've tried lotion, I put that stuff on a few times a day on a normal day. But not lemon juice yet. I guess I'll have to try that next.

I love onions in food but I hate that the smell lingers forever.

Yeah I really wasn't expecting it to last more than the one night. Oh well, next time I'll use gloves or something, lol. I love the recipe I found for Shepherd's Pie, so i'll be making it more often for sure.

I have stopped chopping onions with a knife, I cut them into seconds but then I chop them in my Braun mini food processor. I like that so much more.

Good idea! I have a Slap Chop, maybe I should use that!

It definitely might help a lot. I'm not sure how well it works, I haven't used it a whole bunch. Dillon got it cause he loved the commercial.
