Hi all....I am from Alberta, Canada and joined the board a few days ago. Looks like a great place for lots of information which is what I like. I love to research wherever I am going so I am really prepared.
Me, my dh, my ds (10) and my dd (8) are going to Disneyworld for the 1st time in November. We have been to Disneyland before but Florida will be new for all of us.
I have booked our 10 night stay in Port Orleans French Quarter and have gotten the Dining plan as well. I didn't realize the work involved in the Dining plan...all the reservations that needed to be made for the table service meals but after much researching menus and reviews I finally booked all of our ts meals. I really hope the Dining plan is worth it. We paid adult price, of course, for the 10 year old but am really hoping he can order from the children's menu. He is still a kid when it comes to food. I pretty much have most of our trip already planned....we also plan on doing Universal, Sea World, Medieval times dinner and Outlet mall shopping one day. Our last night at Disney just happens to be the first night for the Mickey X-mas Party so I have already bought and recieved tickets to that. I was quite excited.
