Hele Hele Shuttle

Can anyone provide a recent review of Hele Hele shuttle from and to the airport? How was your experience? Any tips? Would you choose it again?

DD and the grand kids will be using it later today when they land.

DD thought it was good and quite inexpensive....there is a DVC discount.
She said they were met by a lady that walked with them because she didn't want them to get lost. It was a bit of a walk.
The driver was good about giving information as they were driving and answering questions.
The van sat 12 in rows of three. There were 2 groups of 3 on it.
They don't have the return trip until next Saturday.

As non-DVC people, we thought it was great service, the included luggage is great, and the price is on par with other services. There was a lit of a wait for the shuttle to come though once we go off the plane. We waited ~30 minutes. But the staff was super friendly.

We took Charley's Taxi another time, and we liked that more. The taxi was waiting for us, there was plenty room for luggage, and it is a taxi for your whole party, so no waiting for other parties to arrive. Cost a little more, but we felt it was worth it.
