1) You already know Pop Warner is ALWAYS a bad week, yet you (rather, your daughter) still booked your resort during that period.
2) Thus, no fault of Disney, AS Pop Warner is known a year in advance.
3) Wedding Planners do not know how much prices will change, but January is a common month for increases of year-long events, so you can't blame the process.
4) There are rooms available at WDW during December 01-09, so you can pick another resort somewhat easily.
5) I am sorry you can't get exactly what or where you want, but flexibility is important and usually available at other resorts.
