HBO's Game of Thrones Season 5....current episodes, no future spoilers

Brienne and Margaery are my very faves, Tyrion used to be but they surpassed him now.

Anyone else have issues with HBOgo not going into HD? Drove me crazy Sunday night. I know it was not on my end because Netflix worked fine. I am guessing too many people watching at once.

Ok I am obsessing on the No man - he is so hot. Real name Tom Wlaschiha, German actor.

A man is gorgeous. A girl might have hollered right out loud when a man reappeared in the previous episode.

I gave him a HUGE double take when they brought him back this season, because his EYES and jawline and well, all the rest of him ;). DH saw me and said, "Don't you remember him from..." and named off a bunch of movies(Munich, Valkyrie, Resistance, Rush, Enemy at the Gates, etc) that the actor had minor roles in. I have GOT to start watching more war movies with DH :)!

Its cool seeing Jonathan Pryce as roll of the high sparrow. Especially after seeing him as the helpless father in Pirates of the Caribbean. I remember him playing Mr Dark in Disneys Something Wicked This Way Comes.

Also, so is that Frankenstein under that blanket?

Its hard to know what Sansa is going to do. Will she just go back to being a helpless girl at the hands of the satanic Ramsay? Or the minute he tries to do something like that(cause you know he will) does she cut and filet him?

I'm guessing that's still "The Mountain" under that blanket. Last season they were working to keep him alive!

Boring episode last night. Funny how they had to put up a notice 'to learn more about the characters of Dorne, go to HBO...' as the introduction of the Sand snakes was rather random and brief. And, AGAIN, they killed an animal (another horse). The red woman (Mel???) getting frisky with Jon....uggghhh, really????

Oh, and I am really irked that Littlefinger is leaving Sansa with the psychos.

I haven't watched yet but UGH!!! Why??? I HAAAAAAATE her.
I think Jon should give her to Ramsay as a gift :)

I'm sad about the end of last nights episode.

Sorry, I thought stuff that aired, previews for the next week included, was not a spoiler.

While I was sad for the horse, that would be an expected way to defend yourself if you were on foot fighting someone on a horse.

And I LOVED the buckskin that the woman rode when she went out to see the sand snakes!

You have to admit it was funny to watch Jamie Lannister figure out how to use his artificial hand in a fight ;)....

The Red Woman bores me to tears. Some pretty scenery in the show last night though.

Last night I said to my daughter "ok, this episode need to have something significant happen or I'm done" (which even I don't buy). The action came at the very end when the Sons of the Harpe and the Unsullied had a fight. I was so scared for Grey Worm and um...Old knight dude who's name I can't spell - HIM!

However, am I the only one is has had enough with scene after scene in almost complete darkness??? I know they may be going for the whole reality vibe of how it must be back in those days but it's a little hard to follow things WHEN YOU CAN'T SEE!

I almost can't believe I'm going to write this, but GoT is so boring now.
I felt that surpassing the books into new territory was a bad idea and I'm really disappointed to see that come to fruition. It's almost like the writers, although given the green light, didn't want to take that step into the unknown and so this season so far nothing has happened. It's a shame, because there was so much material to work with initially, but for some reason they omitted much of it in favor of what? Getting to this point? Not worth it.

Even though I love it, it's always been kind of boring for the most part. It's like 2 boring episodes building up some anticipation, then a good one... Then 2 more boring ones and then the last 2 episodes are amazing and I'm pissed that I have to wait a year for more.

She probably wanted to have another one of those shadow babies. Her giving birth to the last one was one of those disturbing/interesting scenes.

Thats the thing the writers talked about. There was way too much material to try to delve into when your season is only 10 one hour episodes. No one would get enough screen time.

I remember when they did this with the tv series LOST. Instead of a fall and spring season just had one season and had to wait a year.
