Well, I just wrote up a lengthy post about the WONDERFUL time we ar having here on the WOnder this week, but I managed to lose it before I submitted it! Grrrrr
Suffice it to say, we are having a fantastic time on a full ship. Food is fine, service is great, the Atlantis was a blast, and we are pretending today is a Sea Day since we are exhausted from so much sun and fun this week. We have to pace ourselves so we can enjoy every minute on Castaway Cay! Palo's was fabulous, and the chocolate souffle was as good as I remembered!
For the most part, children are well behaved, although there are lots of tired little ones. We have late seating and have enjoyed very relaxing meals. My 10yo ds had dinner alone in Animator's last night after being encouraged to do so by our servers, Kristi and Carolyn. They treated him like a king, and he had a great time and felt very grown up.
I took him to the pool yesterday morning at about 730 and he had it all to himself. It was a great opportunity to use the pool, and we didn't have to deal with it being too crowded. Today the pools are jam packed, and personally I wouldn't find it enjoyable to be trying to watch kids there. There are plenty of other fun things for him to do today. He is picking and choosing from his kids navigator, so is spending a good deal of time there, but also plenty of time with us. Our 15 year old, on the other hand, is harder to find, but when we do see him he informs us that he is having a blast.
If you have any questions, I will try to check back here later tonight. If you have a cruise coming up, think postive and you will have a great time. Just be sure your expectations are realistic
