Having a hard time getting interested in Universal

Frosty, we just returend from US/IOA on Saturday. Our children are 14, 12, 9 and 6. They all loved both US and IOA. If you can do it, I'd recommend one day at each park. The days we went, there were no lines or crowds, so we had seen all we wanted at both parks by around 4pm (we arrived right at opening both days). The theming at IOA is great, loved Marvel, Jurassic, Lost Continent and the details in Seuss Landing are terrific. Even my too-cool for the camera 14 year old wanted her picture taken in Seuss. We bought the Buy 2 Get 3 passes for $99, a good deal when a single day admission is $59 and a park hopper pass adds something like $30 extra.

We were there for 4 1/2 days, spent a day at Epcot, IOA, US, and Typhoon Laggon, then the 1/2 day back at IOA. We didn't need to go to MK, as we live near Disneyland and have AP.
