OK, you know how Chan is about her Downy Wrinkle Release and how Mandy is about cleaning in general???

Well I just walked through my house with the pet version of Febreeze and I feel like one of the dopey commercials!! I keep sniffing and going "Ah....:cloud9: "

I might even start humming.... Ding! Dong! The witch is dead :rolleyes1 (that is me whistling, not being sarcastic!!!!)

I'M DONE WITH HOMEWORK AND CLASS!!! I never thought this day would come! :cheer2:

Tonight was my last class...now just student teaching and its all over! :yay: :yay:

:woohoo: Congrats, what a great achievement. Good luck with your student teaching.

So tell me about the spa :) I have never gotten to indulge in a treatment there. Is it fantastic or so-so?

Morning Gals and Guy! :goodvibes

Lesley - Congrats on getting your ressie for CP!!!! Still have not begun packing - how about you?! This is DS's first trip to WDW and I am so curious to see what rides and attractions he will love most. What did your 2 boys love most? By the way, I was four-months pregnant for our last trip to WDW and it was such a nice way to get some last minute R&R and enjoy DD before the baby came!

Hi Traci! :goodvibes DS is 2-years old and DD is 6. How about yours? Any advice about what appeals most to little prince charmings?! :)

When my son was 2.5 he LOVED the Barnstormer. Um...we rode it 11 times that trip. 7 of those were in a row (it was slow that day in Toon Town). I had to wedge me arm behind his head/neck to absorb the turns, but after, I'd say the 5th time, he knew what to expect and said, "Mommy move your arm!" He is more of a thrill junkie than his sis...she rode it last year at 2.5 and didn't love it like he did at that age!

Buzz Lightyear was a favorite, Dumbo, Peter Pan, that Nemo thing at Epcot, Small World, MK train, Winnie the Pooh ride, and the Pooh playground I recall really standing out for him as well. We never tried Philharmagic at MK at that age because we were afraid the 3D glasses would just be too much for him...our boy wouldn't have gotten it! At 3.5 it was a favorite though!! It really all depends on the kid :) He also loved the parade and fireworks. Again, my daughter loved the parade at 2, but the fireworks kinda freaked her out. Both enjoyed the character meets. Until my son saw Barnstormer.....

Have a fun vacation!!
Oh, my daughter is 3 and my son is 4!

Traci - thanks for sharing! :goodvibes If I had to guess, DS will LOVE all the same things. I also think he is going to just love the monorail! He is obsessed with all means of transportation and trucks and trains are his favorite!! I hope he is not afraid of the fireworks, but then again, when he's afraid he stays nicely in my arms with his head down and his arms wrapped tightly around me! I am just so excited to see WDW through both of their eyes this time! DD LOVES every bit of it and even has an appreciation for the little Disney details most kids don't even see! princess:

Btw, big fan of massages and while I have never had one at the GF, my guess is that they offer some really nice ones!

Good morning!

Hope everyone leaving soon has a great time.

We are heading to the Vanessa Hudgins concert tonight. Thousands of screaming little girls. YIKES!

You have to try to sit up front of the monorail then! He will probably think he's hot stuff with the wings and card he will get that says co-pilot!

Have fun Vanessa! I took DD and a few friends to see the Cheetah Girls when they came here and I actually had a great time! Lots of screaming girls but it was fun to see them get so excited and dance, sing and have fun with some tame music!
It reminded me of my first concert to see David Cassidy...:rolleyes1 (Yes - I'm old!)

OMG i went to see David Cassidy!!!!!!!!:scared1: I always thought he would leave his wife and come marry me! Then about 8 yrs ago i saw him at MGM in Vegas..:scared: ick! life has not been good to him! LOL
But Donny Osmond in Joseph here in Chicago was AMAZING and OUT OF THIS WORLD!

Good morning! :goodvibes

Dawn!
LOL....MY friend saw David Cassidy last year at the Food and Wine Festival. She said he was REALLY GOOD still...he is a great performer & still pretty good looking.:goodvibes I loved the Partridge Family & their songs....I had a few of their albums...and I will even admit...I own (somewhere) their greatest hits type CD.:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Traci.
..omg..even I don't like the Barnstormer. It's too much for this old lady. I can't believe a 2 yr old liked it!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: My 8 and 12 yr old do!!!

Vanessa, that is neat. I don't know what all she sings, though excpet the movies songs. Does she have enough material to fill a good time slot for a show? I bet Jojo would have wanted to go. I haven't heard anything about her touring......I am so out of the loop. Have a great time!!!!

Lesley, that is wonderful you got your CP ADR!!! :cool1: :cool1:

Ok...talk to ya later,
Chan

Thanks guys! I hope I enjoy it. We went to the Cheetah Girls last year and it was fun.

She is actually with Natasha Bedingfield. I am even taking Lily who just turned 4 so I hope it goes ok. My girls are excited. They even cleaned their rooms (which NEVER happens!)

Have a great day everyone. It is beautiful here today but I can tell fall is coming. It is supposed to be in the high 50's for a low tonight. I am SO NOT ready for winter! YUCK!

Oh- I did a lot of shopping yesterday. Limited Too was having great sales and giving out 30% off coupons for tomorrow if anyone is interested.

See you all later! I will check in when i get home and let you know how my head is feeling!

Good Afternoon GF Gals and Guy:flower3:

Hope everyone is having a relaxing Saturday:) I have been busy trying to follow the weather:scared1: Was just reading the thread "Hurricane Policy at Disney Resorts"....tropical storm Fay seems to be on its way to Florida...to all my fellow travelers lets keep our fingers crossed that this will fizzle out or go out to sea:wizard: No matter what I'm still excited and cant wait to go...I hope ponchos wont have to be our first purchase when we arrive:rotfl:

Vanessa - hope you and your girls enjoy the concert...

Have a great day everyone:thumbsup2

That is so funny!!
The only problem my friend and I had (we were around 9 ,I think) is that we didn't quite understand that he was there as David Cassidy NOT Keith Partridge!! So we were a little confused when we didn't know most of the songs! We still had a great time - he was definitely good looking back then! :lovestruc

I LOVED Donny Osmond, too but never saw the Osmonds in concert. He does still look good - I've only seen him lately on TV but he looks good to me!:)
