Hi Everyone!!!!
OMG its only December and we have had this much snow already??? This is SUCKO!!

OK...Celine was FANTABULOUS!!!!! (not as good as her Vegas show though) It took me 4 hrs to get from Naperville to the United Center...(which should have been about 45-50min) She did not go on until around 9:10 and we got there about 8:20...She is truly amazing and beautiful(costumes that are awesome) and a voice that is so pure and unbelievable....

I didnt read all of the past thread..just trying to catch up

Kristin sounds like you had a great time....stomach flu is the worst..I just cant do vomit

2 more days of work and then Im off for 2 weeks!!

M&P and Vanessa~Are you ready for some not football but Grand Floridian??

IL gals..yes or no on the breakfast??? lets set a date if yes!

93 days until spring. It is cold here and we are supposed to get snow on Friday and Sunday. I can't wait until spring. We got home last night and I had to do some laundry and it was back to work today. I saw some people in Epcot with tangled sweaters, they must have been staying at the GF.

Christmas is next week. We are getting company Christmas eve and they are staying overnight. That means I have to cook Christmas eve and Christmas day.

Kristin glad you had a good trip. Congrats on the upgrade, I love the lodge tower rooms.

Mandy did you go to ICE? Glad you are feeling better.

Dawn We really enjoyed Celine in Las Vegas even DH who is not a big fan..after a 4 hr trip I'm glad that you enjoyed the show!!...I put out my lovely Basin Christmas soaps today...shopped at the Basin store in DTD this time also...I like the one at the GF better(managed to find soaps to buy in both though )...I wonder why they carry different items

I want to be an IL gal and come to breakfast too.... I want to be a Fla gal too so I can go to Disney all the time!!

Well the kids went to say goodbye to 'them'. They weren't expecting us but we didnt want them to show up tomorrow while i was at work and start anything.

They seemed annoyed and the wife said she bets they call her sister and she will call us to 'find out more info' on our plans ...well guess whose number was on the caller id by the time we got home?

IT IS SUCKO!! I was thinking of you.....Colin had to work downtown yesterday and it took him four hours to get home......it was terrible...I tried to worn him but he had meetings all day & was stuck there.

you are too funny...as i was typing here Mrs. M. was putting baby marvel to bed and her cell phone was ringing. Yep she called our house and cell back and forth.

Her mom said 'we are going to have a problem leaving because they say we are getting snow friday' and she said we should postpone our trip. Can you believe it? postpone our trip!!

Ummm no...i dont care what the weather is like...ill be leavimg saturday.

Kristin~ Thanks for the details! Sounds like you had a nice trip.

Well I just read about the virus in Disney. I am not excited at all about this! Last year was the first in many that I did not end up with the flu. The worst part is when I get the flu I am usually admitted to the hospital for at least a night. No kidding. For some reason I dehydrate really quickly. OK- sorry for the info but I am a little worried about this. I am going to have a "hygeine" talk with my girls and make them wash every five minutes.

I am exhausted getting ready for this trip and trying to get ready for Xmas. We are supposed to get an ice storm this afternoon so the kids may be out of school tomorrow.

Amy- Your wedding is getting soo close. I am sure you are completely excited. Ron and I are going out tomorrow night to celebrate 10 years...it seems crazy and it has gone so fast. I just emailed our wedding pictures to the Coral Reef for the personalized menu. Boy those were the days. I loved getting married.

DS is being a PITA..... he is having a little show at school tonight and he does NOT want to do it so he is throwing a fit in his room. I told he is going to school and i will not feed him till he stops his fit. SOOOOO if he does not stop soon i will drag his but to school hungry......

Vanessa Happy Anniversary! Congrats on 10 years!

Oh, and we were just at WDW for 4 days and did not get anything...... IDK if the virus is at the hotels or what, but we washed hands really well and used lots of sanitizer wipes.

Boy I sure missed alot of chatting last night . Well.....the discipline report came home and DS did a doozy this time. He appearantly made another student's desk flip backwards (no harm to either one). Him and a friend were messing around and DS was pushing on the other kid's desk and somehow it tipped back . AND....if that wasn't bad enough him messing around when he SHOULD have been doing his work.........the desk SUPPOSEDLY landed on a girl's purse, in which case BROKE her cell phone AND camera . This should be interesting because in the middle school handbook it states cameras are PROHIBITED at school or on the bus.......and purses/backpacks are NOT allowed in class and should be in your locker.......and any electronic devices are to be turned off and stored in your locker as well . The report said we may be responsible for the replacement cost of the phone and camera . I'm all for replacing something he broke.......but I keep going back to the fact that she should have never had that stuff in the classroom......and the camera should not have even been at school . DS said the asst principal called the grandmother of the girl (her guardian maybe????) while he was in her office and left a message about what happened and asked her to bring in receipts for the phone and camera . So this should be very interesting to say the least . Not a good night last night for me . Now on to happier things...........


Vanessa.........HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!!!!! Have a great time celebrating . I can't believe your trip is just 5 days away....how exciting . I'm hoping that ice storm isn't as bad as they're saying it's going to be.......I can deal with alot of snow.....but ICE .
