i would love to here your reviews, thanks!

I have eaten at Teppenyaki & Nine Dragons. Teppenyaki was ok...I actually feel that I have been to much better hibachi restaurants here in NJ. You don't get as much food at Teppenyaki as you do at any regular hibachi place. Nine Dragons is very very good. My DH loves the General Tso's chicken, it is extremely spicy. The potstickers are awesome!!

DH and I like Teppanyaki but don't make a point to go there like we do to Tangerine Cafe or LeCellier.

I really do not like Nine Dragons - the food does not taste good - I've gotten better Chinese at the take-out place across the street from my job!

Haven't eaten at Coral Reef in years but I thought it was o.k., if not a bit overpriced.

nine dragons is EXCELLENT.......the 'spicy' beef entree is the best Chinese I've ever eaten. We plan to go back 2x this upcoming trip.

We have eaten at Coral Reef a few times & we enjoy it alot. We are big seafood lovers & the view is outstanding. Have checked out the menu's at www.allearsnet.com? And if you are doing the dining plan then I would pick CR.

The only one of those I have eaten is Teppanyaki. We were not impressed at all. There are alot better Japanese steakhouse here at home.

The only one of those we have eaten at is Coral Reef. That was 4 years ago so things may be different now. We thought the food was very good; however, the portions of what we ordered were small (and expensive).

We ate at Teppanyaki a few years ago and really enjoyed it. It is the same as most Jappenese restaurants elsewhere.

We have tried all 3......
9 Dragons -- better Chinese food at our favorite at home.
Teppanaki -- again better at home.
Coral Reef --- rip off! Probably because we are used to fresh seafood

Teppanyaki..........we ate there when my oldest was 4. It was okay, he liked watching them make the food........I worried the whole time that he'd reach out and touch the hot plate. I guess it wasn't too great as we haven't been back, but it doesn't stand out as bad.

Nine Dragons.....haven't been.

Coral Reef.....one of our favorites! Our kids love the giant tank, and the way it feels like you're going under water when you come in through the waiting area. They love the Nemo statues outside, too. We had a great lobster soup there. The meal was fine, but the soup was outstanding. We enjoyed the themed desserts, too. Our kids loved it. They had drinks with light up ice cubes, and great desserts. They got dolphin rim-sitters on their drinks. The server paid lots of attention to them, and even pretended he didn't notice when one son switched seats and tried to serve the kids' meal to mom, and mom's to the kid.........my kids thought that was hilarious.
My older son and dh liked the "fish spotter" chart, and tried to name all the fish. Next time, though, we will wait for a table right by the tank. We didn't know to do that, and were on the third tier........while we could see the tank perfectly, the kids would have loved to be closer.

Teppanyaki - Won't be back unless DS or my mom really want to try it. The food wasn't bad or anything, but it also wasn't anything special for the price! There are much better places to dine at WS, IMO. Our chef didn't do anything but cook our food...maybe if he had been more entertaining we would have thought it was worth it.

We had dinner at Nine Dragons last June. The food was EXCELLENT....someone mentioned great potstickers.....they were awesome!
I feel the reason it gets mixed reviews is that too many people just order the same Chinese food they can get anywhere. They have the "regular" Chinese food we are all familiar with, but they also have very different offerings. I had a superb (and large) piece of whitefish with a fabulous sauce. It was the best dinner we had during our 8 night stay last June.

thanks so much for the replies~ it is very interesting to read the different reviews.

i am looking for something to go with the candlelight prosessional x-mas day/night. i have been reading the menus for alot of restaurants, but its always better to hear from personal experience.

i really think my dd would love the fish tanks at coral reef. i don't think thats 1 of my options for candle pros. but we might have to try it anyway. we are on the dining plan, and its only 1 credit now. :thumbsup2

thanks again!

Another thumbs up for Nine Dragons. Food is very well seasoned and portions are huge. I love their Kung Pao chicken, although it is very spicy. DH and the girls eat the sesame chicken, although older DD and DH will sneak a bite off of my Kung Pao. :) We can easily share entrees.
