Have you booked through Bj's wholesale?

I am wondering if anyone has had any problems booking through BJ's Club. What your experience was and any info you can give me. We got a really good quote, but for some reason they cannot add my 2 year old to the ressie because that would be five people (2 adults 2 children 1 two year old). I tried to explain that all rooms allow a infant under three, and that there are ASMu family suites, and POR rooms that allow five and six people, but they still couldn't do it. So, has any one else have any issues with BJ's?

I haven't, but I am a BJ's club member, I didn't realize they did Disney reservations. I'll have to check that out.

I've never done Bj's but I have used Sams club. One bad thing about discounters and wholesalers is that they rarely allow changes to the way the package is sold. They purchase them in blocks, like they purchase every thing else in bulk. Meaning the cereal, paper products etc is cheaper but you notice you don't have the variety as with a supermarket. I've been told that is the the same with the vacation packages. They buy them in blocks and offer them to their guest but if they have to begin making changes or adjustments it will add on to the price. Be careful though, I know at sams club any changes or cancellations will cost $$

We finally got in touch with someone who seem to know what they were doing. We got three price quotes for three different hotels, with the changes we wanted and they all came back at rack rate . So, we won't be going through them, but we are always looking for a deal. Thanks for responding.

You don't need to add the two year old really, they don't get charged for the room and you don't need tickets for him/her.....
