Have to upgade to a Woods view to get bunks

Hi everyone,
I recently decided to upgrade from the CBR to WL because my teens would be better off in bunks. I was then told you have to upgrade to a woods view and still be on request only for bunks. What are the chances of getting the bunks in mid Jan? I'm really worried about upgrading for that much $$$ and not getting the bunks.

The question you need to answer is will it ruin your entire trip if you don't get the bunks? or can you just live with the larger queen beds....

Other options:

- upgrade to a deluxe room "junior suite" at the WL or AKL and be able to sleep 6 people - the bedroom has 2 beds and there is a sofa bed in the living room area. This is more expensive than a woods and courtyard view.

- upgrade even further to one of the other deluxes that have 2 queens and a daybed - poly or contemporary and others - how big are your teens?

OR

- get 2 rooms at CBR - and you will have the added benefit of 2 bathrooms, tv's, etc.

or 2 rooms at a value resort.....

I personally would go for 2 rooms at a value or a mod.

I've always gotten bunks for my boys without a problem. They're usually very accomodating.

contrary to some talk, you can also still get bunkbeds in many standard rooms. We had them in a standard room in September.

Bunks are a reguest not a guarantee. We requested but did not get bunks in July. Would it have been more convenient-you bet, would it have meant a better night sleep-you bet-did it ruin our WL vacation, NO WAY! We simply resigned ourtselves to this is what the room had, we liked the room, loved the view and made do with the two queen beds. We also had a fabulous time at the resort and parks.
