How can I tell if we had our annual dues rolled into our loan? So that we are paying part of our annual dues each month......Is that/was that possible?

Last year I received a bill pro-rated for AKV. The hubster insists we did have it rolled, I say we didn't.

All I know is that when we were paying off our points directly with DVC, we had a financed payment due on the 15th of the month and our dues were due on the 1st of the month. I think they are kept separate.

DVC will not include your dues as part of your mortgage payment. You will receive your dues statement around mid December every year. They are due Jan 15th or can be setup as a monthly direct debit from your bank account.

They keep the dues separate from the loan. It depends on how long ago that your purchased your points, but you may tell by logging into your DVC online account. Under My Membership, you click on My Vacation Points. After the page opens, there are some links on the left hand side under My Membership:
Vacation Points
Annual Dues
Loans
Profile
et'c.
If you click on Annual Dues, it will lead you to a break down of your dues (provided you have closed and they have entered the dues info--there is generally a lag)

When I look at the member website, nothing comes up under annual dues....well the last time I checked sometime last week.

Dues for 2010 should be posted on the member website shortly after the association meeting on 12/9/2009. Paper statements will go out then also.

Anyone else get the announcements with the proposed dues increases yet? We got both of ours for OKW and AKV. I was surprised to see OKW getting up near the $5/point mark.

Ours were in the pile of held mail when we came back from WDW. Really not bad compared to my Starwood ski week which had an approx. 6% increase(which was on the low end for the Starwood family ).
