Has the new Fast Pass system started?

I have not been on Dis much lately...I read tidbits a couple of months ago...about some people trying it out or something. We are going in 3 1/2 weeks and wanted to know what to expect. THANKS

As of right now it's all just rumors and speculations, there is no "hard" start date. That's something we are all anxiously waiting for! Hope you have a magical trip!
