Has concierge been able to get all dining you request?

I got my letter from concierge (yay!!) and this is the first time we've actually received the letter for them to help with reservations. I enjoy all the planning and making reservations, but I did list some of our dining requests, including cinderellas royal table for character breakfast. Should I still try to make my own reservations for that one at least, and any others? I specified the time, but I don't know when concierge does this, is it exactly 90 days out, as I would? Please let me know your experience with this. Thanks!

Hoping to hear some reviews myself as I have AKL concierge doing ALL of my PS/ADR for our upcoming trip. They told me they'd contact me when everything was done. So far everything with them has been awesome.

I had a good experience with the WL concierge staff, though I did have to track them down at 95 days out b/c no one had contacted me. That was the upsetting part. But once I did speak to Daisy, she was able to get me my illuminations cruise for the 2nd day I chose. I didn't try for CRT, but I would imagine if your days/times for that is flexable you should be ok. Now if you only have a 1 hr time frame on one specific day, whats the harm in calling too.

I've had a wonderful experience thus far with the concierge planning office handling our ADRs. Although I enjoy that part of the trip planning, I let them handle it all. They do say upfront that they cannot garuntee that they will be able to get all the places/times you request. However,they have been able to get me erything we wanted (including CRT breakfast). I even had them add something just yesterday for a meal we have planned for next Tuesday.

YES!!!
Concierge has gotten all of our requests, & times requested!!! I did however contact them a few days before 90 day window, they emailed me back saying putting in their system to do when 90 day opens, then before 90 day window for last day or two was up they emailed my itinerary w/ confirm#'s - good to go! THey did a perfect job!

Which resort are you staying? Im sure theyll get the CRT if available. Good luck!

Thanks for all the responses! Most of the restaurants, I'll sure we'll have no problem with them making them. I may still try to get CRT just in case. We're staying at the Beach Club Concierge. I can't wait! This is our DDs first trip (they'll be 4 and 1.5). I was surprised to get the concierge letter so early, but now I just want to do more planning! Thanks for the responses, I think I will let them handle most of them.
