Has anyone sold one of their contracts?

I know this has been asked in the past, and I'm unfortunately the one to do the asking at the moment Anyhow, I need to sell at least one of my contracts, possibly two... I'm wondering if I could sell these on my own? What type of paperwork do I need & who do I need to file it with?

For those who have sold through an agent, are there any agencies that charge less than 10%?

Thanks for any info... I know which two contracts I need to sell, but I might change my mind and not sell the one I really need to sell.... drats....

I have sold two contracts, one with TTS and one on my own. It's worth the 12% commission to have a realtor do the selling--24 hours after they received the paperwork, and it wasn't like the contract had banked points, or anything. You need to call Member Administration--good luck--to get the paperwork from them, you need a closing company, and you need to find a buyer. Then let the closing company do the rest of the work, because it's definitely worth $350 for their services.
