We had Chuck as our Sales Manager for our DLR wedding in 2003 (he returned to WDW later that year I believe). He was ok to work with but we had to regularly check back wtih him to make sure that changes had been made as well as making sure that things got moving. We also had to contact his assistance on a regular basis as we were unable to get a hold of him. For us, her was fairly new to FTW at DLR so he wasn't too informed on things but he knows WDW FTW much better.
