Has anyone gotten their Magical Express Info yet?

We're booked from 5/12 - 5/21 at POP Century & are signed up for the Magical Express service to/from MCO (I think.) I thought I would've had some info sent to me on this by now - I thought special luggage tags had been mentioned here before -

Has anyone received any info from Disney on this? We're just under 30 days now, should I be calling if I don't have anything yet? TIA!

We are there May 5 - 11 and we have not received anything yet either.

I spoke with my TA at AAA on Monday and she said she has everything from Disney except the ME materials....

Thanks for all the replies so far - glad to know I'm not the only one. I guess I'll wait a little while longer to call & check on this. Was anyone told how soon we should expect to see this info prior to our trips?

Hi,

I am a travel agent and I have clients going to WDW on May 2, they are taking Mears over but Magical Express on the way back and we STILL have not gotten our vouchers/booklet yet either. I called today and they told me to expect it 2 weeks prior to departure! Hope this helps.

The CM I talked to a few days ago said to expect it 21 days before departure. Everyone seems to be getting different dates!

I think WDW mail out date is 21 days before you departure.

so you might get on 20th day or 14th day - just depends upon the mail service.

Hi. I just booked OKW for Oct and no mention about Magical Express and then when the reservation came there was Mears coupons in with it. Will DVC not be able to use this service. Also if you airline SWA does not participate can you just get your bags and go to the bus. Thank you for any information.

call ms back and tell them you want the Magical Express - believe me you can get it

you need your airline, flight number, arrive date - same for the departure - for EVERYONE in your party.

Go look on the transportation board - there are 2 WDW bus drivers there - localdriver and chip 'n dale express (tyler).

they have been GREAT about answering questions

for SW you won't have a problem using it - your luggage will arrive at your hotel - it is going back that you will problems - instead of just leaving it at the airline counter (this will be close to the front desk) when you get your board pass - you need to take your luggage on the bus yourself....then you need to take your luggage through check in at the airport.

I decide to spend another $6 and go with Delta (of course then I thought I would have to go wait for my luggage also)

this is what the bus drivers are saying - however - I would check with SW and make sure that your luggage (that is what the special tags are for) will forwarded to WDW. I think the ground crew at the MCO is doing this - so there should not be any problems!!!

Boy so fast...Thanks alot for the info. I do not have a flight booked yet because SWis not open for booking in Oct. I use them because I can get a direct flight and not have to go into Boston. Also a problem we have a 2 bedroon and our son and family is flying separate in from Cleveland. So I gather I have to get his flight info to. He will be coming in at a different time. I know I have plenty of time to worry about all this I guess I just like to have my information all set. Maybe after it all starts(ME) for real down there this facts will be clearer. different flights or different times doesn't seem to be a problem for ME.

just get ALL your information first - then call MS.

by friend is coming from Austrialia via Los Angles - so her fly and time is very, very different from mind!
