I know the days before are really busy at the airports, but what are the airports like Thanksgiving morning? I figure, by then, people will already have arrived at where they want to spend Thanksgiving, so we might use it as a travel day?

I've also heard that sometimes airlines cancel flights on Thanksgiving day or move them around more?

What has everyone's experience been?? I also assume that all the airport parking would be gone.

I have not flown to Disney, but I routinely fly Thanksgiving morning. It is not near as busy as other days, but last year it was still busy. I always wind up parking in the airport satellite parking, the closer lots are full so give yourself a little extra time to find a parking space.

We have flown to WDW on Thanksgiving morning before. We have flown at 6 am and 7 am The porters had told us that early mornings are usually empty at the airport. They had told us it would get crowded again later. They say most people try to get to their destinations in time for dinner.
Not sure about parking though, we usually park offsite of airport.

We've flown to MCO on Thanksgiving morning for all our Disney cruises for the last several years, with the exception of 2001 (we flew out the day before to allow extra time due to 9/11). Traditionally it has not been a busy day at all--you should have no problems with crowds.
