Has anyone been to a concert at House of Blues

HI,
Has anyone been to a concert at House of Blues? There is a concert on that I fancy on the day I arrive in Orlando. My worry is that the booking site says 7pm, but here in the UK, on tickets it may say that, but the headline artist isn't on until (usually) 9pm

My query is, typically, what time is the main/headline artist on stage at for House of Blues concerts? 7pm might be quite tight, especially if my flight is late!

It depends how many bands are playing. Does it say does at 7or starts at 7? I have been to sooo many shows there. They never start on time, it takes forever in between bands to set up. I would say you have till at least 8:30 probably 9.

Thanks for the reply. Think i'll chance it, my worry is now a late night at House of Blues will ruin my day in the park the next day! Argh, decisions decisions

I would plan on the concert running until 11pm or midnight depending on the start time and number of acts.

Be prepared to stand the whole time. We went 4 years ago with some friends they had extra tickets, we had planned a long weekend at Disney so it worked out great for us. The tickets just stated General Admission.. So when we got there.. there was no seating ..what... I mean no seating. So we stood around for over a hour waiting for it to start, so we decide to leave, Our friends were really bummed out, and headed home, we had annual passes back then and were staying on site.. so we went to MK.. it was summer and the park was opened till 1:00am, so all was not lost, I am just glad that we did not pay for tickets.

Hopefully things have changed, have a great time.

My daughter has been to at least 4 concerts at HOB and has stood for every single concert. They usually end around mid nite. The last 2 concerts we were staying onsite so it was easy for her but those that she had to make the 2 hr drive home were killers. Have a safe trip.
