Paula smokes too...or at least she did. It was in her biography. (I read it). I like Anthony too, even if he is rude.
No, he isn't vindicated, he is still an ***.

I don't recall Anthony Bourdain ever criticizing the content of Deen's food (not that I follow her closely.) I only recall him mocking the flavor and style. He's certainly no paragon of healthy eating or living. (Though we do eat often at Les Halles.)
Love it.
But he is not pushing her kind of food every episode.
Pushing? She isn't insisting people eat like that everyday. It's a cooking show, not a general nutrition show. AB is an ***. He has no room to talk about other people's lifestyles.
Love it.
But he is not pushing her kind of food every episode.
Some time ago there was the comment by AB about PD and a thread relating to it. Sad but true?
Flame away if you wish but her ingredients certainly do not make for the healthiest of meals.
.who "revels in her unholy connections with evil corporations"
. "I calculated how much sugar I drank in empty calories, and it was staggering. I would start drinking tea at lunchtime and drank it all the way to bedtime."
When asked by Roker about changes to her own diet, The Lady & Sons restaurateur emphasized her moderation mantra.
"I have always eaten in moderation," she said.
