The Epcot show is always at park closing, so it would be at 9:00 assuing they don't change when Epcot closes.

It's now Luminous (Harmonious no longer exists).

I've been to WDW the last 3 Januarys and always seen the show at 9:00, never earlier.

We’ve gone for 30+ years and the nightly show has always been at 9:00.

As others have shared, Epcot does not vary its fireworks time. It will be at 9PM.
