Harmonious Dining Package questions for Rose & Crown

Quick question, if you are able to book this package, is the requirement to pay in full in advance? Or is it just a reservation and you pay the day off? In either situation, I'm wondering about cancellation, especially if payment is required in full up front. Do you have a cancellation window with full refund? We are getting very close to our 60 day window and would like to do this package, but, and a big but, we are wanting to do a Candlelight Processional dining package as well, which they haven't released any yet. If we get the R&C package and then have to book a CP dining package for the same night, can we cancel R&C with a full refund?

Last year we paid in advance in full when we made the reservation. I believe it was a 48 hour cancellation/refund policy. Fyi, they have not yet released the packages for October and beyond.
