Sometimes negative experiences get a lot more air-time than positive ones, so I'd like to just throw this out into the universe.
I just got off the phone with Heather at Member Services, and she was so polite and helpful and friendly. She helped me make some changes to a reservation and managed to explain the whole concept of "reservation points" in a clear and understandable way. I especially appreciate that she was patient and didn't make me feel like I was taking up too much of her time.
To be honest, nearly all of the staff I've talked to at Member Services have been really fun and have helped reinforce the idea that we made a good purchase decision with DVC. When you're excited about visiting Disney World, you want everyone else to be excited, too, right?!?
