Anyone know when the DVC Member meetings are. Is there one the week of Thanksgiving?

Just found this on dvcmember.com for the mixers:

I just looked thru my old threads from last year, the dates were put on the DVC membersite on Nov 20th. About 2 weeks earlier they were posted on another site, but not official.

Anyone know when the DVC Member meetings are. Is there one the week of Thanksgiving?

They have never started that early. Always held in December.

Yeah, that's what we saw too on the member site. I wish they would just list the day of the week they will be doing them on and what time so we can plan for it. Hopefully they will have one while we are there on vacation in December. First one to hear or see info about this, please post it!!

Yea that info is for the December mixers. I'm interested in other DVC Member meetings other than the mixers and the Wednesday partys.

Ohhh add us! I'll be there with my dad and sister from 12/16-12/21. We're staying at the Beach Club Villas for the first time!! And we'll be at MVMCP on the 18th. Ahhhh so excited!

Also...does anybody have any more info on this Merry Mixer event? I am curious to know more about it. It sounds like a blast and it'd be fun to meet other DVC members!

Last year it was held on Thursday afternoon's in December. You showed your blue member card to get in. There were cookies & drinks (lemonade, coffee & warm spiced cider IIRC) Music & dancing, pin trading. It was fun, we talked to a few "neighbors", but honestly it was so loud, we didn't stay too long. As we left we received our ornament

Dates for the Merry Mixer were released mid-November last year.

We decided to add a couple days so got a great AP discount so now arriving Pop on 12/18-12/20 then OKW instead of VWL 12/20-12/24...doing the Christmas Party on 12/19.
