Tonight is the mid-autumn festival in Chinese culture. The moon is the fullest in this whole year. It's a happy festival, because family will gather around for a nice meal, then kids will play with laterns all night.

Enjoy your moonlight tonite!

It sounds like a perfect night to be out singing and laughing around a campfire.

If I were in the country, I'd have one. :)

That sounds like a lot of fun to be able to have a festival like that. I will be sure to at least go out and look at the moon :)

It's probably my favorite holiday growing up. And the official day off is on the NEXT DAY, since they expect everyone is out at night. Very nice touch.

Kids will buy laterns weeks before. We can pick whichever one we want. Whatever shape / forms / character. We'll buy enough candles, get all the food we like, and have a nice family gathering. It's really fun. Plus, it's the only day when I can play with fire. :)
