Although we haven't received our docs for our 2/29 Wonder cruise, we did get our room assigments. We wanted adjoining rooms but instead got 2 handicap rooms! Now....is that a good thing? I know they are bigger. But looking at the layout, it looks like the doors might be on opposite hallways. They are room numbers 6147 & 6647. I was really hoping to put the kids (ages 15, 12 & 10) in a room & my DH & I in a room. The rooms are side by side but access looks like a problem! I'm counting on you veterans to know the answer!

Also, we're cat. 11 guarantee. I'm kind of wondering if upgrades might still be possible, if someone who is truly handicap still books?

We stayed in 6154 last year on the Wonder & your rooms are right across the hall from where we were. Yes the handicapped rooms are much bigger than the regular staterooms, but you are correct, the doors are in different hallways, but they're not that far apart. Since you have a 15 yr. old, the kids should be fine & enjoy the extra space. We're cruising on the 4 Day Wonder Feb. 22 right before you guys. We'll be in 6654, 6652 & 6650 (starboard side). If you have any other questions just ask away...enjoy your cruise!!!! Cathie & The Gang:boat: :grouphug:
