Going to WDW the last week of August and want to watch the fireworks from La Hacienda. What would be the best time to book our reservation? I'm thinking 7:30, but would that be too early? Maybe even too late? Do people get an early reservation and just camp out? Thanks!!

I agree with posts above. Very few tables at La Hacienda have a fireworks view, and they will not allow you to wait for one because there are so few. So I might book my ADR in time to finish shortly before 9 and plan to leave the restaurant and watch from somewhere around the lagoon.

I think that if they did have a good view, they’d sell a fireworks package such as are offered by Rose & Crown and Spice Road Table.

The new firework show, Luminous, can be seen from one end of the World Showcase to the other with all points in between. People still crowd around certain areas in the beginning but realize they don’t need to once the show starts so move along. I’d eat before the show starts and then sit anywhere I wanted to for the viewing.
Have fun.
