Handicap GV at OKW-Are they Non Smoking?

Does anyone know if the 3 Handicap accessible grand villas at OKW are all non smoking? I think there is one in bldg. 48 and two in bldg. 63.

Both building 63 and building 48 are non-smoking buildings.
