Hampton Lakes?

Can anyone tell me what this development is like?, we know the area pretty well as we've stayed in this area for our last 3 visits

We stayed in a First Choice villa there last October, it was very quiet I don't think we saw anyone else on the street whilst we were there. I do remember the roads were a bit bizarre all due to a dodgy roundabout as you enter the estate! There are not really any shops within easy walking distance, I'm pretty sure there was a tennis court and a few play areas were dotted around but we didn't investigate too much.

We stayed here in June and liked it. There is a lake in the middle, but we didn't have a view of it, not that that bothered us. It seems to be quite a big estate, we saw only a few cars drving around but there was quite a few cars in drives so a lot of people either on hols or lived there. I think there are a couple of small kids playgrounds around, we passed one everyday at the roundabout. Mind the guardhouse at the entrance of the estate never had anyone it - unless they were only there right in the middle of the night!! You're in easy access (by car anyway) to the Publix down the road and the other shops there and going the other way to where the Wallgreens is - the chinese there was good we used it a couple of times.
