Halloween Weekend

Anyone camping Halloween weekend besides us? First time at FtW this time of year and we are looking forward to it!

Should we be prepared for trick or treaters at our campsite?

We are. We arrive Sat. Oct. 30, and are going to the MNSSHP Oct. 31. This is also our first time to go this time of the year. Don't really know about trick-or-treaters, we'll be in the park halloween night. Even so, we're going to take some candy with us, just in case.

We will!! Arriving on October 23, but are trying to leave a little earlier and will be there until the 31st. Can't wait it is our favorite time of year to go. We have seen trick or treaters in some loops. Haven't actually had any in ours, but always pack candy just in case. You have to be prepared for any little goblins that show up at your doorstep.

My family will also be there on Halloween. We are actually arriving on the 31st, but couldn't get tickets to MNSSHP that night. I am hoping that there will be some trick or treating going on at FW. My kids want to pack their costumes just in case.

We'll be there! Getting in on the 31st. dd4, dd6, mil and I are going to MNSSHP and dh and fil will setup camp and relax. We are brining treats for any ghouls or goblins that come by.

We were there last year for Halloween, too. Its the best time of year! The decorations are great and we did run into a couple of people sitting outside with baskets of candy and goodies. My daughter was thrilled.

Be ready for trick-or-treaters. We were also there at FW the week before Halloween and rode the Haunted Hayride (which replaced the regular hayride) that leaves out several times per night from the front of Pioneer Hall. It was pretty good but I don't want to spoil it if they are offering it again this year. You'll enjoy it!
