Halloween Week Sold Out (Question About Reservation Process)

Hello.

I'd like a campsite at the Fort for 3 nights including Halloween. Obviously, I've waited too long to make a reservation without booking extra days and cancelling the ones I don't need. So I can book an 11 day block instead. My question is, Has anyone here (on these boards) had any trouble doing this? Were you told that you couldn't cancel that many days and still keep just the most coveted days????

Thanks,
Ron

I've never heard of WDW limiting days canceled.

I've not heard of any difficulty dropping days within the allotted time windows of a room-only reservation.

It's worth double checking with the CM when making the reservation what the fine print is on dropping days. Usually you could drop days without charge as long as you did it a week before arrival or longer.

The Fort shows availability at all four levels when I typed in 10/15-11/14. You say you saw what you wanted with an 11-day spread. This is a game that everyone has had to play for years (seriously).
