Halloween Party

We are traveling to WDW in October and are going to Magic Kingdom on a day when MNSSHP is happening at night but aren't staying for the party. We have a dinner reservation at 6:55pm. I know they kick people out of the park at 7, but will we be able to have dinner and then leave?

In prior years a 6:55 ADR would have been fine. This year different restaurants seem to have different cutoffs, some as early as 6:15 or 6:30. Check the confirmation and see if it says anything.

Unfortunately you won't be able to use that ADR. This year they have changed things, and you will be asked to buy a party ticket (if they still have them available) or you will have to leave without using your ADR.

At which restaurant is your reservation? This year you definitely cannot have a reservation at Be Our Guest or Cinderella's Royal Table that close to the start of the party without party tickets. I did a quick check of LTT, CP and Tony's for several party nights on the dining reservation page, but other than a closing time of 7 PM there is no mention of the Special Ticketed Event.

They were only allowing reservations up to 6:30 according to others in threads and they stated there was also warnings on signing up for adrs that you required a ticket for after 6:30pm.

I remember more of the MK TS restaurants had early time restrictions, so I was surprised when I checked today and only found CRT and BOG had the Special Ticketed Event notation on the front page. I don't know if it changed or if this is yet another glitch.
