Halloween Party... A let down for us

It rained and was filled to capacity on our party night last year, but we made the best of it and had a great time!

i know but we were so involved with our wedding we didnt even think about it

we are giving it miss this year. we love the rides but mainly thunder mountain. Too many people in - it was hard to even get from one place to another. No waits are great but we only had interest in doing thunder mountain more then once not for us this year.

I think they sell too many tickets to the parties anymore. But I will agree that the Halloween one is a better one than the Christmas party. If you go during Christmas week you can see the same stuff, and the fireworks are even better on Dec. 31st, because it has the NYE add on, all with a regular ticket.

It's worth it just to see the costumes people wear. Simply amazing. Thank you to everyone who goes above and beyond.

We've been more than 10 times and we are skipping the party this October. You do get the bags when you are banded or if you are getting there after the start, they give them to you as you are walking in. Each shop usually has extra bags too, or at the candy stations. We get the bags just to have the cute bags but would never ever waste time trick or treating for cheap candy we can get at Target after the event! We paid for the parade and fireworks and short ride times and that's exactly what we got We figured since we're cruising the DCL and celebrating Halloween on the high seas, we will skip the party and just enjoy the parks!
