halloween night park closed?

I am trying to figure out if the park closes down during the Halloween Trick or Treat night? Also can you buy tickets at the main gate that night? On the website it has the advance purchase price of $29 and Main event price of $39 When you call Disneyland tickets they say it is sold out and they are not sure if you can purchase them that night at the gate! Since they don't know I thought one of you might! I am trying to go on the 19th

DCA closes then reopens for MHT. I would not chance it and order the tickets now online, they will all sell out soon. Since it is a ticketed even it as not as crowded as you would think and it is awsome! Watch out for peolpe on e-bay selling the tickets for twice the value, buy now and save you money!

I agree, if you can get tickets, then buy them now!!! If you are saying that they are sold out for your night, then you will not be able to go to DCA that night, it is closed to general public!
