I am interested in buying my DD's 2 of these books I bought a set from QVC and sent it back because the pages kept repeating. I want to know if these are better or just the same TIA:goodvibes

I love the recordable books from Hallmark. We have never had any trouble with ours.

I just saw a coupon for this last night and wanted to get the night before christmas one for my DD thought this would be a great idea.

I have everyone of these for my son. Was just at the holiday open house this weekend and got 2 for this year. They were $10 off during the open house. Check the website they might still be on sale. Don't know when the coupon expired but you could purchase as many as you want with the one coupon.

My In-laws gave my son one for Xmas last year. The darn thing just started talking sometimes when it was alone in a room!

Yeah!! Like I really want to hear my MIL randomly throughout the day?!?!?!

I ended up chucking it in the basement, lol.

My dad is turning 65 this weekend & my dd8 is giving him a recordable book from Hallmark. It was called Me and Grandpa. On the last page she read the text and then added her special bday wishes...it is adorable!

Make sure to check Walmart too. They had some recordable books in this weeks flyer and I saw them in store and they were really cute.
Might be cheaper there.:)

My DD got a hallmark one from her grandma for her birthday and it only worked three times. We replaced batteries and she tried re-recording but it still didn't work. MIL exchanged it and the new one only worked for a few days. I tried replacing the batteries but it still doesn't work. Maybe our store just got a shipment of duds.

My in-laws sent my daughter one for Halloween. She seems to enjoy hearing her grand-ma and poppy's voice!

My grandson lives with me and I read him a story every night before bedtime. I went to FL last month and bought him one of the Hallmark books "Thank You God for Everything" and he was able to hear me read a story to him whenever he wanted. Only problem was he got bored with the story by the 5th night.
I wish they had more choices for boys though, there were only two that were appropriate for a 5 year old, the one I bought and "God Made Everything". They did have nursary rhymes but it was too babyish for him.
I wanted to get a Christmas one with the coupon but I couldn't get out this weekend.
