Half-Day Tortola Excursion

Does anyone have any experience with a half day sail out of Tortola? My friends are taking the southern caribbean cruise on the Magic and they are only in Tortola from 7:30-1:45. She would love to go see the Baths or just take a catamaran out and snorkel somewhere. When we were in Tortola we had the whole day and loved it, and i want her to love it as much as I did, but so far i have not found any company that offers a half day sail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!

I did a half-days Baths excursion through Disney. I think it was plenty of time! We got back to the ship and ordered room service for lunch.
