Good morning team.
I had what has become my usual morning workout. 4 miles on the tready and then stretching and cals. This will change when I get some warm weather so I can train outside. I'm so tired of cold weather, I live in southern Ky and it was 23 degrees this morning! When the warm weather does hit I hope to have a good base so I can start some full throttle training without any problems.
My walking today was a warm-up then steady pace of 13:20 per mile then cool down. No surges today.
Lynn, you and Scott are ready for a break with all the home remodeling.
Walk/run strong team.
Happy Panda

Now, that I have had to be on antibiotics and steroids since last Friday, I am starting to feel better! The scary thing is that I am also signed up to do the ING Geogia Half Marathon this Sunday!!
I am planning on doing it anyway, even if I end up as a slow walker
I am hoping to be healthier for the Minnie so I am definitely not going to push it too hard but I do hope I can complete it at least!
she passed away entirely too young!
