Connie, you poor dear, that must have been awefull for you. I know when I have an encounter like that my heart rate goes into fight or flight mode and the adrinaline pump takes the last of my energy. Glad the dog didn't hurt you. You are a tough lady.
Thanks everyone for the kind words about my race results. I'm encouraged that I seem to be getting stronger and my unique training methods are working. I do need to start doing some speed work soon, I've been putting that off. Right now my adaptation ideas are doing exactly as planned.
Scott have a good trip my friend.
Team, I worked an 18 hr shift yesterday and I didn't have internet access during that time, they installed new carpet in my store. I'm sorry I haven't caught up on everyone yet but I will.
Hugs to the pretty princesses. Extra one for Connie after her dog encounter.
Have a wonderfull day friends.

The machine just beeped me and I need clean workout gear for Tuesday nights track work.......Sue
Erica's favorite song is "Save a horse, ride a cowboy". I did go buy a hat, and we ain't ever going to vacation in Texas
So I ran through the middle of them and I got a lot of hissing. I also see rabbits, squirrels and groundhogs but they usually run away before I get too close.
That would be great but only if it's not too much trouble.
