We are travelling with a woman who is used to her wash and set. Where in the world can she have this done?

I think there is something at the YC and at the Dolphin - but is there anyone out there who can confirm for sure? Are they season or anything? Will they be closed during non-busy times?

BC and YC have a salon called perwig. she can get her hair done there.

There are several salons on World property. Periwigs at the YC/BC is a full service salon, but it is small, so you would need to make an appt. The GF, CR and SS all have spas, and I'm pretty sure with salons, but again, an appt is needed.

I don't think SSR has a salon although there certainly is a spa there.

The salon at the GF is in the main building rather than at the spa. There are usually two gals working there.

CSR also has a salon as do Y&BC and CR as noted.

I do make appointments but usually just the day before I want one. They will take walkups if they have availability but I've never chanced that. I have popped in to make an appointment for later that day or the next.

Depending on the salon, I pay $65-75 for a wash/blow dry/flat iron finish. My hair is thick and shoulder length though so it takes close to an hour to do. A wash and set shouldn't take as long I would think? When you call, you can ask what the charge will be.

And I have no idea why one of the salons charges more than the other for the same service during the same vacation! It used to be uniform but then one started charging me more!
