how about this! i went to pay for my ressie yesterday afternoon and they lost it!!! i called the night before to make ressies for 14 days and they said i had to make two reservations cause they only can do 10 days so i did that and had them give me a # and all and told them i would call back tomorrow to confirm and pay well that is what i did and the agent said it was never confirmed and now i couldnt get into the resort the dates we wanted nor at any other moderate resort!! she had all my info but the agent from the night before was new(she told me she was) and didnt put it in as a ressie so i had asked to speak to a supervisor and after 20 mins of being on hold she hung up on me!!! how rude! now i called back and the agent i got was polite and put me straight through to a sup and she said that my info wasnt even in the computer!!! ( the prior agent totally deleted everything out) she said that there was nothing that could be done and the only thing i could do was pay extra for a deluxe or switch dates. i have had about enough especially after my last trip in oct (my honeymoon---another story) so i called the guest services and put in my complaint and waited and waited for a call. well no call yesterday so i called again today and this afternoon i got my call!!!! the nice lady there put me in for the week i wanted as well as my hotel so now a bad day had turned into a good one cause now dh and i are heading to the mouse house again
