HA Value studio at AKV???

I was just told on another post/thread that there are no value studios at are HA at AKV.. because the studios are smaller and are not large enough to be HA...is this true? If so I have a confirmation from Disney that we have a HA Accessible value studio at AKV/Jambo House. If this is an error and we are in a standard room not value there is going to be an issue because its more points.

well I called yesterday and asked the DVC CM and the confirmed that I had a HA studio at value points.. so who knows..

Are you a DVC member? We've always found the CMs at DVC to be very helpful, and my guess is that since they don't have HA value studios, they are letting you have a HA standard studio for the number of points you would have used for a value studio. That seems more than fair.

Maybe it's the standard view that has no HA rooms? I know I had a value room before with a SV and it was accessible. I really enjoyed the location too- not too far from the elevator and the room did not seem small to us either, but then it was just 2 adults. I wish there was a HA studio in CL- don't know why they put the roll in shower in the 1 bedroom only. Hope you have a great trip and I'm glad you're getting the room you need.---Kathy

What is CL? lol ... Was your value studio HA with a roll in shower?? Yes to the previous poster, I am a DVC member.. they are very helpful!!

CL is club level. Yes, we had a room with a roll-in shower. The value rooms are supposed to be smaller and I could see the difference but it wasn't enough to really impact us- I could still get around the room in my power w/c and have plenty of space.---Kathy
