H&V Fantasmic! for December 13-17?

Right now it seems for all of December the only restaurant option for the Fantasmic!Dining package is Mama Melrose's. If you look at Hollywood & Vine and Hollywood Brown Derby, the entire calendar for December doesn't even have the dates open to chose and even for November there is only 1 day avail to chose for those 2 restaurants which is November 27th (Thanksgiving day). Any idea when they will open these 2 restaurants dates up to be available in the Fantasmic! Dining package for December?
